Northridge Homes is a family-owned company founded in 1997 by Frank Tetterton and Millard Bowen. Their aim from the outset was to combine their expertise in land development and their expertise in home building to offer an outstanding value to the home buyer. Together, the two bring over 70 years of experience to the company along with long-term, valued relationships with top-notch subcontractors.

Our management team is rounded out by Alex Tetterton, the son of Frank Tetterton, and a Georgia Tech graduate who grew up in the building industry and by Charlie Ray who has mastered many facets of the building industry through his own experience. Alex specializes in visualizing and designing livable concepts, while Charlie takes those concepts and applies them to the construction process.
